Default Where to get Skilcraft pens?

We used them to make pens to smoke weed.

I have never found any ballpoints to beat the Skilcraft ones I
used in the service. Retractable (black and silver) or stick. I
know they are still gov't standard.

Does anyone know where a civilian can Skilcraft products?
