Yup - they're folded and retain their shape pretty well in the packet, too
though I transfer mine to a tin.

Default Hinge Question

The Subway (Dennis's Hinges are prefolded. BTW has anyone else ever seen a
roll of Dennison hinges. A roll before folding and cutting. I have a
collector friend who was lucky enough to buy a roll several years ago and is
still cutting and folding off the roll today!
