Default plastic model of Fidel Castro c.1970?

I have a toy plastic model caricature of Fidel Castro which I'd guess
is from about 1970, but I could be off by a few years. Anyone have
any idea who designed these? What year it was produced? Is it worth
anything? (No box, alas.)

It came in a box like car or airplane Revell models, snap off the
pieces, glue together, paint. It shows Castro yammering into a
microphone (marked "USSR") under a palm tree, his cigar inadvertently
lighting the fuse of a "Time Bomb", a dead-chicken clenched in hand, a
rusty missile, "Gitmo" sign, water-faucet, sand-bags, and a curved
finger coming up from the ground.

Thanks!
