Default FA selling several silver eagles.

I had 6 original mint rolls of SE's from 2002. They were never opened
and all I wanted for them was their spot value. I even offered to pay
for 2nd Day shipping to the potential buyer. I contacted 10 sources
directly involved in the sale and distribution of SE's, including
Robert Chambers of the "Coin Vault", and never got a single reply.

However, when I contacted the same sources about buying, the immediacy
of their responses was mind boggling.

You see, rackets only operate only one-way.

I ended up giving them to relatives as Christmas gifts, and the
gestures were worth their weight in gold.

This may not be the case.
The question is whether the average dealers are carrying a large
inventory of
silver eagles. The mint issues millions, ranged from 3.4 to 10.48
millions, of
ASE every year since 1986. All these coins are uncirculated. The
dealers
may be holding a large quantity of them already. They are therefore
not
interested to accumulate more at the current price of silver.
