Bob Scarborough caught AGAIN- forging rmgroup approval emails

Looks like Bob just can't stop digging that septic tank hole he's in-
he just got caught on alt.config- he was forging rmgroup approvals.

Where's RON- do you support this behavior, RON ? This is your buddy
