Noe trial.
Robert Lecce??
"A witness also described alleged problems with the financial records that outlined coin sales between Vintage, the Capital Coin funds, and subsidiaries of the state coin funds. Robert Lecce of Florida was shown records purporting to prove that he sold more than $3 million in coins to the Capital Coin funds. He said only one sale, for $67,500, actually happened. Mr. Lecce pointed out that many of the coins he allegedly bought were not the type of coins he buys and sells. Mr. Lecce said Noe once worked for him in the 1970s and said he has done business with him since. But Mr. Lecce said all but one of the sales he was shown yesterday did not occur." - toledoblade.com Your really have to wonder just how much was Mr. Lecce involved and what did he really know? Maybe another investigation is about to expand? |

Maybe another investigation is about to expand? Seems you have it in for Robert Lecce. Wwhy? Because he posted what you believed to be an improper price for a modern 3 coin set? Hell, I sold about 3 coins to Delaware Valley Rare Coins over an 18 month period that added up to about $30,000, and was paid with checks from the Capital Coin Fund. All the checks cleared. What does that prove? That I was part of some conspiracy? Should I be investigated too? Grow up. Ira |
