Sheaffer prelude calligraphy nibs
I recently purchased a Sheaffer Snowpen from Martina in German for
quite a nice deal. According to information I have found on the web, this pen is based on a Sheaffer Prelude. I have a personal preference for italic nibs, and I am considering two options. The first is getting a custom ground nib from Pendemonium, and the second is getting a Sheaffer prelude italic nib from a web shop called John Neal booksellers, who says he still has in stock individual nibs from the origianl Sheaffer prelude calligraphy set. My question... is it true that a prelude, is a prelude, is a prelude?? Can is just order one of these Prelude "calligraphy nibs" and assume it will fit my Snow Pen, or is there more than one model of preludes, like there was with the Targas -- regular Targas and slim Targas?? hoping some will have some light to shine on these wonderings... thanks a bunch..
