How to make and install your own replacement 8-track pads- see auction
For those of you new to the hobby- see this auction link for step by
step directions about how to make your own replacement pads for 8-track tapes and how to install them- follow the sequence of pictures. If you are handy with a pair of scissors and have a supply of foam in good condition- you can make your own replacement pads in the same way. See this link for pics and information- there ya go fellow trackers- gratis ! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=4759903861 What's nice about this method is, no adhesive is required, and you don't have to disassemble the cart to replace the pads- which is a nice perk for those nasty carts that require drilling of the tabs to open them- also great for those RCA music service carts that were glued together from the factory. take care |
