Hi
Try to fix above jukebox for a friend and would appreciate directions
to a manual or website for advice.
The problem seems to be that only the number '9' swicth seems to work
from the number selection but all the letters work! I'm not 100% sure
but it looks like this switch is permanetly closed and the others are
permanetly open.
Any advice gratefully appreciated.

You'll want a copy of the service manual - others have suggested dealers where
you can purchase one.

The K200 (D = dual pricing, S = single price) has large rectangular edge
connectors leading from the keyboard to the stepper assembly on the top edge
of the back door. The connector mates with a PC board, and the contact traces
on the PC board are almost always tarnished. Try pulling the connector and
cleaning the PC board traces.
