Hi - It may be a bit late for a follow up to this old message, but I
wanted to mention that this particular Axis propaganda item is listed
on WWII Remembered (Schwan-Boling) and has an indicative value of $20
in fine condition; $35 in extra fine. Unfortunately, no more details
are provided as to the meaning of the wording, but it is made clear
that all the notes with this particular design had the same serial #
on front (H86D 729630).
