Enter-Net Auction: Running again - News

Dear friends,

the relocation of the auction to the new server has successfully been
completed and we are able again to run the auction following the known
rules.

There have been a few technical changes, which should not affect members
or bidders. Bids can be left on the "Bids"-page again, or can
alternatively be mailed directly to me. That is why there are nomore
direct purchases. Exceptions can be made at request. Furthermore new
registrations are possible again. If you come across errors whatsoever I
will be happy to get a short message.

Instead of listing all the pens in a circular letter, there is an
HTML-formatted excerpt from the auction with the latest items listed
only. It will only work for users that have activated "Rich-Text" in
"Format" of Outlook-Express. Users of other mail-programs, please adjust
the settings of the program.

Dispatching the listings in HTML-format represents much less work for us
and much more clarity for you members. This way - with one "click" - you
have a direct access to the "description-page". Of course we could send
additional frames with more pens listed, but this would at the same time
increase the volume of the mails. We would appreciate to get to know
your opinion concerning this new system in order to be able to comply
with your wishes as far as possible. In order to get a complete survey
of all the listed items and to benefit from all the functions of the

mails, please call: I will remove your address from the distribution
list.

We are working on some additional improvement in the backdrop and on new
listings at the same time. We hope to get all these pens listed by the
end of next week. There will certainly be lots of beautiful old pens on
the auction by Christmas time .
