Found in Vegas

At a blackjack table at the Stratosphere, a 1967 (40% silver) Kennedy
Half Dollar. ;-)

Been absent from the group (and my home's Xmas preparations!) for a week
and a half, just back yesterday. Almost all the slots I saw in Vegas
are offering scrip as payout, so perhaps the famous casino coin abuse
will slow in future. Brought back 5 Kennedy's plus the silver one, one
of which was tendered as change in a 7-11! Definitely not a thing that
happens here.

As to the inevitable 'how'd you do?' question....I won enough to meet
all the trip expenses, so Vegas and back for free, with all meals,
travel, tips and purchases equaled by table winnings. I have to confess
that's a first for me! I've made money on my gaming poke before, but
never enough to cover the trip. ;-) Course, since I'm there working an
event, my expenses are not huge anyway, and there is a paycheck attached
to the whole deal. ;-)

No Westward Journey nickels, and most of the Half's I saw were 2001.
Penny slots, which I had never noticed before, and did not take time to
check out. Very busy next few days, so Happy Holidays, Everyone! in
case I don't check back in soon.

And Cheng Yinghua defeated David Zhuang 4 games to 2 in the Men's Final.
