Actually he was arrested (and sentenced to a week in jail) because
someone was attempting to sell a sex tape on the indian ebay site, not
because he personally was trying to sell it. However, as the auction's
`big boss', the Indian judicial system is holding him responsible for
being publicised.

Imagine Meg and Pierre being held legally responsible for all of the
counterfeit coins being sold on eBay. Then they may actually do something about
it.

You have a point. There's no doubt in my mind that a lot more could be
done than is being done without sacrificing `profit'.
