Since your e-mail program is not allowing my e-mails to get through to you,
I thought I would tell you by newsgroup I still have not recieved the cards
you owe me, I am going to have to tell people how this trade has been a
total wipe out, did your mommy mail my cards? Why can't I get them from you?
Did you know that the law states that you are commiting mail fraud?

Here are a few things you can do when someone steals from you via the
internet or mail.

1. *New* Internet Fraud Complaint Center - The center reviews major
complaints and refers them to law enforcement or regulatory agencies. Forms
are at www.ifccfbi.gov/complaint/default.asp

2. File a complaint with the national fraud center:

(or call 1800-876-7060)

3. If your complaint involves the U.S. Postal Service:
visit their *NEW* webpage at: http://www.usps.gov/websites/depart/inspect/
Contact The Postal Inspectors at 1-800-353-8177
Email your the details of your situation to the USPS inspection Service:


4. File a complaint with the better business bureau:

(This really only applies to those people claiming to be a business)

5. Also contact the state attorney generals office in the state where the
accused resides; most offices have fraud/consumer affairs offices, ask to
file a report.

6. **Report them to their ISP (for example hotmail, etc.)** Most ISP's do
not want their email addresses used for illegal activities and will shut
down any verified abuse.

So if you do not want me to presue this matter it is up to you to see that
you make it good. Believe me when I say I WILL PURSUE THIS MATTER.
I am sure you parents do not wish to have the police come to your door and
take their son away. Believe me it is not a very nice thing to happen.

Why ruin your young life with a police record that will follow you the rest
of your life for a few cards?

PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.
