A random thought
I was just thinking, wouldn't it be horrible if a celeb had a secretary make
a preprint for him/her. So you'd get a preprint not of an authentic sig, but of a secretarial one. That would be horrible. So now I'm just curious, anyone know of any celebs that have actually done this? I can't think of any off the top of my head. Daniel http://www.focussimulation.com/dan |

What if the secretary got tired from signing and decided this on his/her own? It's all very unlikely though. How much effort does it take to sign one photograph? |

I am not sure, but I think so. Maybe not on purpose, but I see
someone being hired or helping iwth signing and getting tired of it and sending a copy of their signature to the printers. That way, all they have to do is stuff the envelope. If you've ever send out tons of stuff, you'll have thoughts of doing this. Once a year at the bank, BOXES and BOXES of tax documents with envelopes came in and they had'nt the equipment to do it by machine, so all non essential personell those days had boxes to do. I tell you, I had so many wicked thoughts.................. Let's just say your idea is not far fetched. But to do it so that someone would NOT know their signature and fill all the dealers/collectors and general public with a fake signature on purpose...I doubt that. I think that's unlikely because it could be considered fraud. Think about it- a
PP is an autograph just not a handsigned one. |

That's what I meant thanks for clarifying...the fraud is when money is
involved. |
