Mediterranean passport
I recently discovered a Mediterranean passport in my family memorabilia. It is signed by President Jefferson 1803. The seal of the United States was removed. I am wondering if anyone can tell me about Mediterranean passports, and the proper care of such a document. Is there a newsgroup or forum that would be more relavent to such a document? Thank you for any response.
