Illustrating the difference of Type 1 and Type 2

This could also be referred to as the "Mona Lisa" vignette.
In type 1 the woman is compassionate, Type 2 she smiles broadley
perfs removed for centreing.

And is it just me, or "creepily" (in addition to "broadly")? It looks to
me that she would like to *cook* and *eat* the child. I think I'd cross
the street to avoid someone with the Type 2 expression on her face. :^)

De gustibus... IMHO, Rodney's "Mona Lisa" name fits quite good.

Actually the design shows a nurse (after Michel: Krankenpflegerin; Romanian:
Soră medicală).
