Default Ebay fraud verification email

Beware of a very official looking email that looks like it is coming from
Ebay asking you to go to a site to fill in information to update their files.

I knew it was a scam since I'm not even registered with Ebay under this
email address.

These are 'phisher' sites that are used for identity theft. Shred your
credit card receipts (I burn mine) and never enter your SS/DOB/CC at a
'lookalike' website.

Yeah, happened to my wife.

I didn't even report it, because the thief was charging less than she does!

Merry Christmas to all!

Regards,
Tom
