Sorry but when i wrote Russian states, i wanted to tell you ex-USSR states
and the name of those states written in my message is the name written on
the stamp not for Morrocco(Maroc)

What do you mean by "some Russian states"? Could you
specify any state names, please?

In English my reply this time, sorry for the French friends in here in
fr.rec.philatelie: That what ppl call CIS states is meant by some Russian
states. Like Armenia, Azerbaidjan, Georgia and so on those states who are
associated in the CIS, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyiztan etc..
