Default Newbie: What should i use to clean and lube?

I am new to Jukeboxes. I recently purchased a Rock-Ola 464. I want
to open it up and clean and it up, and then lube up the mechanicals.
what should i use to clean up the parts,,,, and what works best to
lube up all the mechanical gears?

Take it easy with the grease! In the wrong spot and it can really mess you
up. It can foul up the optic swithces. consult the manual first.
