I like the remark in that "they can be replaced by good ones at a bank",
fails to point out thier value (obviously in mint) would be a few times more
than face to collectors.

The majority of the public that find one will demand a perfect note from the
teller inside the bank.

Like you I think that the newspaper should advise their readers that the
will have a value above face.

They state that the notes will go to a small number of ATMs, if it's only
450 notes involved it may be just one ATM that dispenses them. It will be
the one with the long queue. Billy
