Please explain to a beginner. If the listing is correct the coin is

That "chunk" appears to be a spur off the black plastic surround. It's annoyingly common, even in the commercial slabs. James |

There are still bargains to be had on eBay...
I have a few of the GSA Morgans and the black chunk that you see is a
little tab on the back of the holder. The ones I have have 3 tabs, at 2, 6, and 10 o'clock. They keep the coin from hitting the back of the case. Bruce kathy1945 wrote: Please explain to a beginner.
