No wonder Rove bailed out when he did! 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue is
collapsing like the proverbial house of cards!

Alcoholics tend to be manic-depressive or bipolar. Knocks out the
brain's mood control mechanisms.

On the other hand, he may be trying to say "he's hurting", he'll
resign rather than face impeachment, if it comes to that. He now
knows the Democrats can crush him, if they want to. A united Congress
is more powerful than the President.

Or, he may just be playing for sympathy, since most people hate his
guts, being the profiteer and mass murderer that he is.
