Default Attn: Mette ~ Denmark

G'day,
Thought you might enjoy a map of where the errant envelope
travelled. Denmark WA
The scan is a little large 353Kb
When you download, view image zoomed at "Actual size"
and down in the bottom corner of Western Australia
you will see Denmark and it's postcode 6333

I dont think the Stagecoaches went through Denmark in the
early years, I think thay ran Perth to Albany via the Aalbany Highway.
(A scan to put with the cover

Thanks a lot Rodney :-) Although way too hot to be behind the computer
(35C in the shade), I just printed out the map to go into the album. Great
:-)) That black stamp (3.5 p) at the bottom could be The Ugly Duckling by
Andersen, but I read "first western australian stamp". Thanks again :-)

G'day,
Maybe the stagecoaches didn't go through Denmark, but here is a Danish
stagecoach, issued 1951, commemorating the first Danish stamp 1851.

Nice set (for once not engraved by Slania! ;-)
