Default ANA Election Thank You

Kathy and I would like to extend our thanks to the ANA members from RCC who
voted in the recent ANA elections. Whether you supported Bill Horton or me,
your participation led to what was probably the closest presidential
election in association history following two of the cleanest and upbeat
campaigns. I think the ANA is well served by the actions of all involved.

Congratulations to Bill, Barry Stuppler and all those who were successful in
their bids for governor. These are exciting times at the ANA, and your
efforts over the next two years will bear fruit that will benefit us all.
For those who came up short, there will always be another day for those who
are willing to serve.

Kathy and I will use the "time off" to build our business, enjoy life, and
help the ANA where we can. Two years is fleeting, and in the words of
California's "governator," "I'll be back!"

I didn't get a ballot either; but after reading the 22 August 2005
edition of Coin World pages 3 and 46, I think it's time to cancel my 27
year membership anyway.

Any organization that would have an employee like Chris Cipoletti isn't
worth belonging to any longer.

Is that the anti-Groucho Marx mentality? Or a martyr complex?

Why quit because of one person?

Because Larry Lee and Brian Fanton are worth 5,000 cheap lawyers.
