More on Buchanan

To further illustrate the sort of odd conrundrum between political
intellect and political lunacy possessed by Pat Buchanan, let's
examine his statements in regard to the next Presidential election.
Another topic on the same McLaughlin broadcast referred to earlier was
"Woman Power....Hear Me Roar," in which moderator John McLaughlin
advanced the question as to the viability in the next 11 election
cycles of a woman in fact becoming President of the US. The usual
McLaughlin scale applied...zero meaning absolutely no chance, 10
meaning "metaphysical certitude," Buchanan opined a 1. Even fatass
blowhard Tony Blankley gave it a 3.5, while McLaughlin and Time Editor
Jay Carney gave it a 7. Eleanor Clift gave it an optimistic 9 to 10.
Reason for Buchanan's 1? His staunch right wing catholic
brainwashing, which relegates women to a position of servitude, not
command. Note, however, that this doesn't apply to his loudmouthed
sister, Bay. Note also that Buchanan's imbued catholicism has put him
in denial over the whole catholic church homosexual child molester
issue, and has made him overzealousin preaching for the confirmation
of "Scalito," who he believes will vote to overturn Roe v. Wade.
