Charlie...where art thou?
I've a bit of a dilema. My partner has just finished the cosmetic
restoration of a Rock-Ola 1452 and I've rebuilt the amp but have the following problem: The juke didn't have neither the original amp or speakers. We've since found an amp, (the blue one of it's era), and a 15" speaker & horn tweeter. We don't have the jones plug for the speakers. I'm assuming that the frequency seperation was done inside the amp, is this correct? If so, what is the pinout for OE, the speakers. Is it possible that the original 15" had a field coil magnet. I'm not too familiar with the older rock-ola setup. Field coil not probable is my estimate because the horn has only two terminals. Help is appreciated on this one, thanks in advance. Cheers, Steve |
