Festival...Hampton roads

Ok, it's further up, but I had seen in years past celebs appearing at
the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival and I never went... such celebs
as Richard Kiel, Larry Hagman, Johnny Bench, tom Wopat, Al Roker, Dan
Ackroyd, Donna Dixon, George Hamilton, Doroth Hamill, bob Hope, Joe
Theisman, Mickey Mantle, Tanya Tucker, Jim Plunkett, Howard Cosell,
Tom Bosley, Dottie West, Dolly Parton, Mike Douglas, Johnny Unitas,
Frank Gifford, James Brady, Sorell Brooke, Mickey Spillane, Jill St.
John, Bob Feller, Hank Aaron, Ron Paillio, Susan Lucci, Erika Slezak,
Pat Boone, Frank Beamer, Ben Jones, Bobby Allison, Brenda Lee, Jim
Palmer, Jackie Joyner Kersee, Kirk Cameron, Loni Anderson, Chevy
Chase, Luci Arnez, Michael Vick, Linda McCarthy, Don Shuller, Keri
Shrugg and too many more to even mention (this is about 1/4 of them).
anyway, with names like that you'd think there'd be a continuing
trend, but the first year I plan to attend, up till now they have ONE
friggin' name and it's not interesting to me... Janie Fricke... no
offense to her, but geez; where's the others?????

Figures. I discover something and the very next year, there's
NOTHING. Anyone in Hampton Roads notice a decline lately in big name
appearances at these thigns?
