Interesting concept but I can't seem to find the link to download the
entire book.

You are right - no link for the entire book. This was done as you are only
the second person who has asked to download the entire book as 54MB file in
PDF. There is another reason. Most collectors are only interested in a few
countries in addition to their own.

Within a month, I will have the hard cover edition for sale, probably at any
book dealer or from the internet. Lulu.com - print-on-demand has already
printed and sent me the first proof. Another numismatist has spent hours
along with myself, going over each page to look for typos, etc. Please
watch my website for an announcement about the printed book.

for folks who have access to a UNIX or Linux system, "wget -r
http://www.dewardt.net/contents.html" will get it all. i would have
preferred a single file, too, but this works fine for me too.
