The 2004 PCA Ballot for election of new Board of Directors ( 2 year
term) has been mailed.
If you are a member of PCA be sure to vote your ballot and mail back,
to be received no later than October 15.

Vote for NINE only among this list, you can only vote using the
official Ballot that was mailed to current members.

Election results will be announced at the Ohio Pen Show Nov 5th.
Results will be posted on the PCA website www.pencollectors.com and in
the Winter 2004 issue of the Pennant.

The Pen Collectors of America is the largest club/organization in the
world with about 2,000 members, the Pennant magazine is dedicated to
vintage pen collecting and information.

Don't overlook this Ballot - be sure to vote as soon as you receive
this Ballot and return for your vote to count.
