I have been trying to add a variety of types to my small collection or
presidential dollars. So far, I only have two types which isn't much of a
start.
Was looking through some dollars the other day and found an Adams dollar
with the engraving of George Washington on it.
Is this valuable?

Please be more specific - John Adams, or John Quincy Adams? 8)

Only if it's the rare variety where the obverse and reverse are on
the wrong side of the coin...

Let's not forget Wes' famed "no planchet" error.

If the engraving is on the edge, yes. It is valuable.

Well, there's a rumor going around that some of the Adams dollars have
the Washington reverse. I understand they're fairly common, but a
little difficult to differentiate.
