APS Should Have International Bank Facility - Discuss

One useful service that APS should have for members outside the USA, as well
as for its' US members, is some sort of international bank facility.

I mean some arrangement whereby sellers of collections could get paid THE SAME
DAY, like Western Union does.

At present, it can take up to 30 days for a cashier's cheque or a wire
transfer to clear, in Canada, if the buyer is in the USA!!

No prudent seller is going to allow someone to take stock worth millions out
of his possession, before getting paid.

Comments from people who know about international payments are invited.

Banks in Canada refuse to accept payments for large amounts, from the USA!!
