Default Product Placement on Stamps

"The Adidas management must have been
very pleased when they saw the new sheet
of Dutch reduced-rate stamps.

Stamp no. 20 features a little boy on
a sleigh wearing shoes with the famous Adidas
logo: three vertical, slanting stripes."

No doubt we'll have a discussion about these speculative issues in the
future. :^)

Does anyone know if these stamps are local-post
stamps or if they are valid on international mail?

Blair,

These stamps are issued each year late November for use on Xmas post and are
known by the name "Decemberzegels". The reduced tariff is valid from the
issuedate in November upto and included the first week of January the next
year and only for Xmas cards. They are valid only in the Netherlands. Afters
said period you can still use them but you will have to add a 10 cent stamp
to reach the normal 39 ct regular tariff for letters and cards.

Thank You.

One last question.

Would the stamps br accepted on international mail
if enough extra stamps were added to the envelope
to cover international postage?

Yes, they would. However, TPGPost urges to use priority stamps instead.
