(RCSD) Sharjah Official Stamps
On the Sharjah first officials set (Scott O1-O9; SG O101-109)
there is an 8 NP (lowest) face value listed in both catalogues with very minimal catalogue value, yet I have never seen a set offered with this 8 NP stamp. I have confirmed that this stamp really exists. So why does it seem to be missing from virtually all sets?" Blair

I asked on a few links I knew Blair, but no response as yet. BTW are you aware of the journal "Arab World Philatelist" now available in image form on the web, by Mr Courtney?
