Default Newbie Question on 1943 Small Penny

I have a 1943 small penny, it doesn't stick to a magnet, and COPY is
printed on the back of the coin. I've been reading about the 1943
pennies, but I can't seem to find out information on why COPY is on
it. Any help?

The Hobby Protection Act requires that any modern duplicates of rare
coins get stamped with the word "COPY" so that everyone knows it's not
the real thing. So, it's not really a 1943 cent -- it's a copy of one.

Could be a mintmark. Problem is I can't think of anything humorous for
C.O.P.Y to stand for...
