Newbie Questions- Need help with my Seeburg 100c

About 5 years ago, I walked into an antique store in Orange, CA, and
fell in love with the 100c. I bought it on a whim and have enjoyed it
ever since. It's a real beauty. However, It now has a couple small
problems and I have NO IDEA how to fix it. Is there any service/repair
people in Southern CA? I'd love to have someone recondition it while
they're at it. If no such person exists locally, could someone please
advise me on two problems:
1) for some reason, it's re-playing the same song over & over again.
It won't move on to the next selection. I think this happened when I
first bouth it and the seller from the antique store (who has since
passed away) talked me through how to fix. I just don't remember.
2) One of the flourescent light tubes is out. It's still spinning but
just not lit up. Where buy tubes and how could I install it?
