Especially the sentence "... is one of the few times we've shown stamps used other than as God intended" is way out of line. Philately has nothing to do with religion. And what about Allah and Budha? He should not have printed that sentence, people can be offended by it. Moslerms are offended by your paragraph. Allah is the Arabic name for the same God, just like Dieu or Dio, and not a different deity, like Buddha. Then if we believe in the same 'god', why are christians 'infidels'? Because when you were born, your father didn't whisper "Il illah Allah, Mohammed razul Allah" in your ear. So your father supersedes 'god' if you're a muslem? Hmmm. Muslem, yes. Muslim, no. :^P Tracy Barber |

From a post of mine Dec 2002
I do have a photo.......somewhere. There was a promotion here in Perth 1974, where a dealer (Wim Smits) covered his car in stamps affixed by flour paste, during "Stamp Week" and driving it around the city. Apparently was a real success, people were invited to guess how many stamps covered the car for a selection of prizes. There were 8,880 from memory, on a Ford Escort | I have sent a response to Schreiber suggesting that the damaged stamps that | E. So your father supersedes 'god' if you're a muslim? Hmmm. And the answer is still "no!" Whispering "There is one God, Muhammed is His messenger" in your ear doesn't mean your father supersedes God. Since Christians don't believe in Muhammed as God's messenger they are, by definition, infidels, since that's what 'infidel' means: an unbeliever with respect to a particular religion... -- Kaleb S. Replying to you privately since I don't want to get SPAM started at the
office. Technically Christians and Jews are not Infidels since they are both people "of the Book" meaning the Old Testement which is also revered by Islam. Kaleb KEITHLEY wrote: J. A.
