I set up a rule to delete all email with an attachment. That takes care of
the MS Update crap. Give it a try

You should alter your news identity properties BEFORE you post to a public
newsgroup. That way, the mail-id scanner program the scumbag is using,
won't pick up your correct email.
Add instructions in your newgroup item on how to correct the send-to address
if you wan't to receive email replies to your newsgroup posting.
