These things just smell too Euroesque to me. Couldn't they come up with
something more original?

The backs look fine but I'm less keen on the fronts.

I bet the Falkirk Wheel has many people puzzled, I've been on it. Billy

Billy,

I agree. The front is a bit wonky, but the bridges on the backs are very
nice indeed. Can't wait to see these notes in person.

I disdain the fronts of the notes, as for the bridges the vignettes of the
bridges are okay, but do they have to have the names of the bridge so large?
I don't even live in Scotland and the bridges are quite familiar to me,
especially the Firth of Forth rail bridge, which is probably the most
attractive bridge ever.

As a resident of San Francisco, I'm partial to our Golden Gate Bridge.

It is my favourite part of California, there is nothing like the fog lifting
to a bright beautiful day there.

Agreed, but often there is no lifting of the fog. But having just returned
from visiting the sweltering and humid East coast, I'll take cool, gray SF
any day.

I've seen the Golden Gate Bridge, the Forth Rail Bridge is much nicer. :-)

But you cannot walk across it like the GG bridge. I have been across it
about 6 times by foot.
