Default Crested China

Morning all...any Crested China experts out there?

I have two pieces of crested ware with errors on them..One is the name of the town who's crest is on the piece has been mis-spelt. (it reads Mahgate instead of Margate) and the other has a short printed explanation on the back and the printing has been put on wrongly - at an angle - so that the top part over-laps the bottom, making some of it impossible to read.

Can you tell me if these faults are like likely to have an effect on the value and - if so - would that be in an upward or downward direction?

Cheers ...
