BCI International and UMI

I just noticed BCI International has started listing POD of Arkham House
titles.

The listings say "copyright cleared by UMI".

I wasn't able to find a BCI website nor the names of the owners (other than
Diane and Daniel from the ABE website).

I guess my question is, did/would Arkham House sell POD rights?

The website still says "Books published by Arkham House and now unavailable
a" then the list of books, including those listed by BCI and UMI.

I am in no way affiliated with any of the above companies.

P. S. BTW, all the Arkham titles I checked, UMI has them for sale for 7.4%
less than BCI.
