international collectors library

MAJOR NEWBIE alert: OK with that out of the way I open myself up by asking
how do you find information about publishers. I am wanting information about
the International Collectors Library. I have searched the internet and all I
find are bookstores or individuals that have some volumes for sale --
nothing like Scot Kamins' awesome website for the Modern Library.

Please provide information on International Collectors Library and or books
and ways I can gather more information. Thank you for your help.
