Looking for Ink Eraser

All,

My daughter brought me home from France a nifty washable ink eraser that I
can't seem to locate here in the US. It is the size of a pencil, white with
blue lettering. On the barrel it says "Reynolds Magic +". On one end is a
white cap under which is a felt nib that contains a bleach-like solvent. On
the other end is a blue cap under which is a blue felt tip marker specially
designed to write on top of the erased ink.

Has anyone heard of this and do you happen to know if it's available here?
We've looked and have so far been unsuccessful.
