Default My Compliments

Hi Everyone,
I'm sortof new here, but I mostly read. I am also a coin collector so I
subscribe to rcc as well as this ng. I have to say that I find this ng much
more friendly and a lot less "pseudo-academic" than a lot of folks in rcc.
Not sure what makes folks that collect coins act the way they do sometimes.
Its a puzzle to me. Anyway, just wanted to complement you guys on how
helpful and non-condescending you are.
B

I now have to wonder if they discuss collecting coins of SNA, our
beloved fennecs.

Blair, Tracy et all, what about some SNA fennec coins for this promising
market niche? I wonder which could be the "print runs" for them (made of xx
carats gold, of course; xx = ??).

Without a doubt. Fennecs are KEWL and that's that. In fact, the
pronunciation is close to pfennig.

Unfortunately, though, fennecs - at least the FDC - do not like
carrying SNA currency because of the weight. They let the camels do
that. Fennecs rely on their SNA debit and credit cards more.

Fennecs have been known to bury some SNA booty though and some dens
will have coin collections therein, but mostly they prefer paper.

But that is another matter for another newsgroup.

As long as the Dromedrome can house such a cache and the camels carry
it. I have heard the fennecs will strike if they have to move such
heavy objects and the FDC Union is quite a powerful entity in SNA
circles.

On the other hand, she wore a glove...

Commemorative coins would be quite cool, but we'd have to carry the
discussion to the numismatic newsgroups.

Maybe the special "sauce" we use for stamp gum can be used for SNA
currency as well!

Avoid overall a serial spammer that, most of the time, only send a link
to a web page, with no explanation, with no question, only to show to
the world that he has a scanner and know how to scan articles in some
newspapers, with generally no kind of relation with stamps and stamps
collecting.

OK! Contestants!

Choose your corners and prepare only with spade tongs. You will then
be set loose into the middle of the (boxing) ring with a pile of
stamps. The first one to finish cleaning up all the damaged stamps in
their respective pile is the winner!

Remember, 1 stamp at a time... 1 stamp at a time...

Thanks for your interest Brian.

After reading your post, we'd like to ask you not post here any more. You
can still use the alt.BoyScout.meritbadge.stamps.sna newsgroup.

Good luck in your collecting interests.
