Hi

Scott Catalogue has not carried non-US postal envelopes and postal
cards since about 1903. I don't think there has any worldwide catalogue
of postal envelopes and postal cards since the Higgens and Gage
catalogues many years ago.

As of about 2 years ago, they were actively working on said project.
The last pages of the entire set are uneven, going from the '70s
through some of the '80s. There were some Addenda with updated
prices, but these too are still quite old.

I'd suspect they have about 30 years of catching up to do - literally
- without knowing Rod's date of transfer.

The last reprint by Classic is uneven also, most definitely a photo
copy print run of the last releases. Some of the graphics in the old
releases weren't in tip top shape, but they'd get you in the ball
park.

At the time I purchased my reprint from them, it was about $250, from
Classic. I did have a lot of postal cards and it about evened out the
purchase with my follow up sales.

So, beyond updating the old versions, some new graphics would be a
wonderful improvement.
