The 2x bimetal 500 lire coins in that picture have the "Repubblica Italiana" at different distances from the center. My question is... is one an error coin? |

Looks to me like normal variance in die preparation, quite possibly the result of different hubs having been used. James |

If somehow the center piece of the 500L coin on the left is "loose" (the center didn't lock into position upon striking) maybe you have something. Otherwise, probably not. oly |
