off center italian lire?

The 2x bimetal 500 lire coins in that picture have the "Repubblica Italiana" at different distances from the center. My question is... is one an error coin?

Looks to me like normal variance in die preparation, quite possibly the result of different hubs having been used. James

If somehow the center piece of the 500L coin on the left is "loose" (the center didn't lock into position upon striking) maybe you have something. Otherwise, probably not. oly
