Default Rare Star Trek the Motion Picture Theatre Lobby Standup For Sale

This is a week long auction item on Ebay starting last Sunday

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...ADME:B:LC:US:1

This is 11 feet tall by 10 feet wide, free standing, with lighted
enterprise, lighted title, and heads of all the cast in magnificent
condition

It is in almost mint shape with just a few minor bends to corners, etc
from being assembled the first time by non-fans. The colors are
bright, no fading.

I don't know how many of these even still exist. How many of them
have you seen offered for sale in the last 15 years? And how many in
this great shape?

I have 2 that were never assembled, I just paid $15 each, that answer
your question?

The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and
hence clamorous to be lead to safety) by menacing it with an endless
series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary.

Don, what do you and Dick think about doing that Mencken thing?

Where did you get this deal? I searched for this item before I
started the auction and found none ever. So if we are actually
talking about the same thing, you got a great deal, one that doesn't
reflect it's true value.

It comes in a box about 5 feet by 5 feet by 5 inches thick and weighs
about 50lbs (including the box).

I got it through the "Society to prevent annoying cross-posted spam"

So, why does 'cross-posting' annoy you? I am just curious.
