He said 2 notes. What he shows is front and back of the same note. Asking
for $1800? Catalog value only $0.50 uncirculated.

A few cents is more like it. These are still common in Russia today,
many people having laid them aside as souvenirs as they were totally
worthless, due to inflation and being demonetized.
