Roger Lancelyn Green "Once Long Ago": seeking pages

My old copy of "Once Long Ago" by Roger Lancelyn Green is missing
two pages:

95-96 (final page of "The Twelve Dancing Princesses")
107-108 (second-last page of "The Dragon of the North")

If some kind soul could send me color scans of these pages, my
daughter and I would be very grateful.

Have you tried looking for a copy in a local library? A search at ABE turns
up no results for your book, so you can choose the "Find it in a WorldCat
Library" link. You're in the Boston area, right? There's a copy catalogued
at the Salem State College Library, about a half-hour away--although you
might want to call first and make sure they actually have it.
