Face value of a French stamp?

You put the image in the message, so perhaps many servers ignored it.
Anyway this stamp is a NVI, issued in january 2005 for a value of 0,45
euro.
On 1st march the french rates changed, so the stamp value is today 0,48
euro.
This is for economic or slow mail, and most probably valid for domestic
mail only.
